At the outset, let me thank you and more to your team’s effort and time in allowing us to have a fruitful discussion yesterday on the MOU and the ASA. Despite the cold Canberra weather, we manage to discuss the most mutually agreed MOU. The MOU signifies a bilateral understanding towards the operational of the ASA before its formalization by your Government.
